Input from the Web Designer

- In the parasha, as Yaakov is blessing and rebuking his sons, the future leaders of the 12 tribes, we see that both Shimon+Levi and Reuven are rebuked for doing wrong deeds in their lives. Levi participated in killing off Schem, yet levi'im are still widely recognized in the world. While Reuvens crime seems not as bad as levi's, the sons of Reuven are not known at all today. How can this be?

My answer - is about the WHY. why do you do what you do. Levi did that bad deed for a pure reason. And to bring respect to his fathers house. While Reuven's reason was simply selfish and not for something bigger.
